Tersur J. Kwange ESQ

Tersur John Kwange obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B Hons) from the University of Jos in 1986. He subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in March 1988, earning the title of Barrister at Law (B.L).
While working at Centre-Point Investments Limited and later Centre Point Merchant Bank Ltd, Lagos, Mr. Kwange also pursued and obtained Chartered Stockbroker (Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) certification in 1994. He furthered his career by serving as the Managing Director/CEO of Monument Securities and Finance Limited in Kano.
Mr. Kwange subsequently established the Law Firm of T.J. Kwange & Associates (Legal Practitioners) and transitioned into private legal practice. He simultaneously serves as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to a number of businesses in Abuja.
Dorcas Iwanger Hanmaikul

Dorcas Iwanger Hanmaikul is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in hospitality management, education, and banking. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, a National Diploma in Hospitality Management from Kaduna Polytechnic, and a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from Federal College of Education Zaria.
Her extensive experience encompasses a wide range of roles, including classroom teacher, food and beverage service staff, hotel manager, and various operations positions at Firstbank Nigeria Limited. In 2020, she joined Bam MFB Plc as AG. Head Internal Control, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the bank's internal control processes. Her dedication, leadership, and proven track record of success led to her appointment as Acting Managing Director.
